We are inviting to the next edition of the ultra-trail race Soria Moria til Verdens Ende, in the weekend 23-24 May 2020.
100-miles+, approx. 167 km, total elevation approx. +4500m/-5000m

The 100-miles route is currently undergoing some changes, and the distance/elevation information is therefore approximate. The route is expected ready by 1 November 2019.
50-miles+, 83 km, total elevation +1870m/-2010m
Hanekleiva, Sande in Vestfold,

Verdens Ende, Tjøme in Vestfold,
latest finishing Sunday 24 May, 19:00.
Approximately 3/4 is on soft ground: footpath, dirt road, gravel road.
Maps and GPS-track
The routes are not marked physically. The participants are responsible for navigating, by using either a GPS track or a paper map. It willl be possible to download GPS tracks and map data in due time before the race.

At these points you will be offered a simple selection of food and drink.
We are transporting 1 piece of baggage for each participant, from start to finish. The 100 miles-runners may deliver a drop bag at Soria Moria which will be accessible to them at the service point in Hanekleiva.
Participants that do not finish may get their baggage/drop bag either by the finish on the race day (Sunday) or at Langt og Lenge's headquarters in Gjerdrum (by agreement).

Transportation may also be booked after enrolment to the race. The deadline is 1 May 2020.
The race is based on the principle of self-support, which means that each participant in general must carry all food, drink, and equipment needed along the route. However, it is allowed for the participant, in person, to buy food and drink from food stores, gas stations, etc., located along the route.
To receive support from others than the organizer is only allowed at the staffed service points. So-called "pacing" is not allowed.
Safety and behaviour
Each participant is responsible for his/her own safety. It is mandatory to help an other participant who is in an emergency situation. We are not leaving any kind of litter along the route.

Prices are given to the top 6 women/men on 100 miles and to the top 3 women/men on 50 miles. All participants completing within the given time limit will receive a medal as a memory of the event.
The enrolment is open from 1 October 2019 to 1 May 2020. The number of participants is limited. The enrolment fee must have been paid for the enrolment to be valid. When enrolling you need to confirm that you have read and accepted the regulations and conditions for the race. Enrolment is binding.
